We participate in a number of important partnerships in the local area, as well as across the nation, to ensure our patients have access to the highest quality care and support for their specific situations.

  • Center for Congenital Anomalies of the Reproductive Tract: The Boston Children’s Center for Congenital Anomalies of the Reproductive Tract provides medical, surgical, obstetrical, and psychosocial consultation and care to girls, adolescents, and young women with congenital or acquired structural abnormalities of the reproductive tract.
  • Colorectal and Pelvic Malformations Center: The Colorectal and Pelvic Malformations Center takes a team approach to addressing colorectal and pelvic malformations that affect children from infancy through adolescence. Our patients have access to minimally invasive and robotic procedures not typically offered elsewhere.
  • Fertility Preservation Program: Several conditions can impact a child’s future ability to have their own children. Informed by careful research, the Dana-Farber/Boston Children’s Cancer and Blood Disorders Center’s Fertility Preservation Program ensures that fertility consultation and discussion of preservation options are integrated into the patient and family education of all newly diagnosed cancer patients.
  • Boston Center for Endometriosis: The Boston Center for Endometriosis brings together internationally recognized leaders in the field of endometriosis from Boston Children’s and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. The center focuses on providing world-class clinical care, treatments by specialists from multiple disciplines, and age-appropriate educational resources. It’s also a hub for research advancement, including a biorepository for intervention and observational studies.
  • Young Women with Bleeding Clinic: The Young Women with Bleeding Clinic, through the Boston Hemophilia Center, brings together gynecology, adolescent medicine, and hematology to take a collaborative approach to diagnosing and treating females with heavy menstrual bleeding.
  • Transgender Reproductive Health Service: The Transgender Reproductive Health Service at Boston Children’s Hospital provides inclusive reproductive health care for people of all gender identities and anatomies. The service addresses reproductive health needs and concerns for:
    • those on gender-affirming hormones
    • those seeking consultation regarding fertility options both before or while on hormones
    • those seeking hysterectomies for the purposes of gender affirmation
    • those who have undergone gender-affirming vaginoplasties who need dilation care or evaluation for post-surgical concerns
  • BEING-U Clinic: The BEING-U Clinic brings together experts in behavioral health, endocrinology, and urology to support children with differences/disorders of sex development (DSD) and guides families through the process of accessing care for a variety of concerns and needs.
  • Center for Young Women's Health: The Center for Young Women's Health is a partnership between the Division of Adolescent/Young Adult Medicine and the Division of Gynecology at Boston Children’s dedicated to helping teen girls, their parents, educators, and health care providers improve their understanding of normal health and development, as well as of specific diseases and conditions.
  • MRKH Conference: The annual MRKH Conference is an opportunity for young women ages 14 to 25 who have been diagnosed with MRKH, and their families, to come together for education and support.
  • Endometriosis Conference: The Endometriosis Conference is an annual conference that brings together young women, ages 14 to 22, who have been diagnosed with endometriosis and their families, for education and support.
