From 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays, established patients should call 617-632-3270 for scheduling and appointment requests; medical and symptom management questions; prescription refill requests; and general questions.

- Option 1: If the patient is currently on active treatment or receiving infusions.
- Option 2: If you need to reach a specialty program, like Survivorship, Cancer Genetic Risk, Bone Marrow Failure Clinic, or Neuro-Oncology.
- Additional options: You can also select options for prescription refills, managing symptoms, making or changing an appointment, and more.
- What to expect when you call:
- Our call center staff will take a detailed message and send it to your child’s Oncology Nurse Navigator for anything non-scheduling related.
- All symptom calls will be returned within 15 minutes.
- All non-symptom calls received before 3 p.m. will be returned that same day.
- Calls received after 3 p.m. will be returned by noon on the next business day.
