The Nutrition Team at the Martha Eliot Health Center is available to assist individuals and families in improving their nutrition and overall health. Areas of focus include picky eating, slow growth, and strategies for healthy eating. Our registered dietitians provide individualized nutrition assessments, recommendations and counseling based on the identified needs. Our comprehensive care is provided through individual and family-centered solutions that will fit each patient family’s personal preferences and lifestyle.

Our nutrition team also works together with other providers at Martha Eliot Health Center to organize nutrition-focused learning opportunities — including recipe tasting and cooking classes!
