The Boston HAPPENS Program has been actively involved in many research projects aimed at providing a better understanding of HIV, developing interventions for at-risk and homeless youth, and promoting positive youth development. Current and recent research interests include:

  • Youth-oriented HIV counseling and testing
  • Primary care and treatment of HIV-infected youth
  • Mental health services
  • Peer outreach and education
  • Transition care
  • Access to clinical trials
