How will the virtual visit begin?
I have a MyChildren’s account
- Complete eCheck-In through MyChildren’s or the eCheck-In link from your appointment reminders.
- As part of eCheck-In, you may be asked to complete questionnaires to help your care team prepare for your visit.
- Fifteen minutes before your virtual visit, you will receive a reminder to join.
- If you’ve completed eCheck-In, join your visit through the MyChildren’s “Visits and Upcoming Appointments” tab or the “Join Video Visit” button from your reminders.
- If you have not completed eCheck-In, the reminders will direct you to complete eCheck-In before joining.
I do not have a MyChildren’s account
- If you receive an eCheck-In link, check-in before your appointment.
- You will receive an email with a Zoom link one hour before your appointment.

If you need help accessing your visit, call us at 617-919-4396. We are available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. We are not open on Sundays or major holidays.
