On September 12, 2017, we went live with the Epic electronic health record system. Epic includes a patient portal feature called MyChart.
MyChart allows you to do the following:
- Send and receive messages with our staff
- Get copies of your immunization records, camp and sports forms
- View and pay your bill online
- Request (non-urgent) appointments
- Request medication refills
You will need to sign up for the portal using an access code that our front desk staff can give you during your next visit to Needham Pediatrics. Your child needs to be registered in Epic before we can generate that access code, so for now we are asking that you wait until your next in-office visit with us to sign up for MyChart. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
You can also download the Epic MyChart app from the app store of your smartphone / tablet to use a mobile version of MyChart.
