The Cardiac Antithrombosis Management Program is committed to helping families have all the resources they need to care for their child. Every family’s needs are different, but our commitment to offering individualized support to every family never changes. Here is a look at some of the resources we offer.

Get full support at our weekly online clinics

We offer weekly online outpatient clinics that help families with antithrombosis care.

The clinics include:

  • Informal educational sessions on anticoagulation management and the latest updates on care
  • Social work consultation (as needed)
  • Correlating home INR monitor results to the Boston Children’s lab
  • The opportunity to enroll in program-sponsored anticoagulation research studies
