Case Management Center

The Case Management Center (CMC) at Boston Children's Hospital provides a range of patient and family-centered services to ensure access to care at Boston Children's and to coordinate medically-necessary care at home and in the community.

The mission of the Care Management Department is to fully integrate and support the hospital system's quality standards into the care of patients and daily operations for Boston Children’s Hospital while contributing to the fiscal health of the organization through appropriate allocation of resources.
