The Division of Adolescent/Young Adult Medicine at Boston Children's Hospital is located on the fifth floor at 333 Longwood Ave. (across the street from Boston Children's Hospital).

- Boston Children's at Martha Eliot, a community health center, which is on the border of the Jamaica Plain, Roxbury, and Mission Hill neighborhoods of Boston
- Bentley University Student Health Services
- Milton Academy, an independent college preparatory K-12 school, boarding and day in grades 9-12, located in Milton, Mass.
For inpatient care, medical patients are admitted to the Janeway Service at Boston Children's Hospital.
International patients
For families residing outside of the United States, please contact Boston Children's Global Services, which facilitates the medical review of patient records and appointment scheduling and which provides assistance with customs and immigration, transportation, and hotel and housing accommodations.
