The summer lunch program provided over 9,100 nutritional lunches and snacks to children involved in activities at city parks, recreational centers, summer school programs and summer youth programs during summer 2019. We coordinate with local partners to ensure that children participating in the Summer Food Service Program learn about healthy eating and staying physically active.
The Merrimack Valley Food Bank’s priority and mission is to serve nutritious food to Lowell children and help them enjoy a healthy, safe and active summer.
Kids 18 and under can enjoy FREE FOOD AND FUN!
