About this Video

Please join the Family Medical Coping Initiative Team for a discussion with young adult, Catherine Melnick, who has been a patient at Boston Children’s Hospital since her birth.  Catherine provides knowledgeable suggestions about how teens and young adults can take active roles in their own care, including working with their parents/caregivers and medical providers, and advocating for ways to incorporate necessary medical care into the life of an active young person.
