Every child and their family are different, in their own unique way. My goal is to provide an environment and develop a plan to meet their specific needs, to achieve the best possible outcome. My approach is child centered, family-focused and collaborative. I always knew that I wanted to work in a pediatric setting. I find it both an exciting challenge and incredibly rewarding.
