Skylar has been a senior level dietitian for the cardiology division at Boston Childrens Hospital since 2011. Skylar has experience working in cardiac nutrition as well as eating disorders and weight management. Skylar received her undergraduate degree in Dietetics from Syracuse University and then went on to complete her dietetic fellowship at the Bronx Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Concurrent to her internship, Skylar completed her Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. Skylar is an active member of the American Dietetic Association, the previous Membership Chair of the Greater New York Dietetic Association and a member of the Massachusetts Dietetic Association.
