Rachel Hoch is a nurse practitioner in the Home Parenteral Nutrition Program at Boston Children's Hospital. She works with patients with short bowel syndrome or intestinal failure who require total parenteral nutrition support.

Prior to this she worked as a nurse practitioner in the newborn nursery at Boston Medical Center where she specialized in family centered newborn care, breastfeeding medicine and was a clinical instruction in Pediatrics at the Boston University School of Medicine.
