Katie has been a pediatric nurse since 2013. She started her career as a Registered Nurse (RN) at the bedside at Children's National Health System in Washington, DC on a gastrointestinal unit and later in a pediatric primary care office in Boston, MA. As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP), she has worked in pediatric primary care practices at Franciscan Children's Hospital and at Atrius Health. She continues her work as a PNP in the Perioperative Care Coordination Clinic (PCCC) at Boston Children's Hospital since May 2019.
