Maria began her career as a clinical dietitian and then worked as a nutrition writer and recipe developer for many years while her kids were young. She went on to start a private practice and teach nutrition at Endicott College.

Approach to Care
I’m passionate about helping children and families learn how to nourish their bodies to feel their best. I take a compassionate non-diet approach to nutrition and health. I believe cultivating a positive relationship with food is just as important as what’s on your plate.
