Dr. Belder joins Newton-Wellesley Family Pediatrics after serving as a pediatrician at MassGeneral Hospital for Children and as an Instructor in Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School since 2012. She received her medical degree from the University of Ottawa and completed her pediatric residency training at Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) in Canada. Born in Tallinn, Estonia, Dr. Belder-Preston brings international experience to her practice, having worked in pediatric emergency departments and newborn nurseries across Canada before joining MGH.

Dr. Belder is board certified by both the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC) and the American Board of Pediatrics. She has been named one of Boston magazine's Top Docs™ in Pediatrics since 2023. She has been featured in media interviews on WCVB-TV and in publications like "The Bump" to help educate parents on common pediatric challenges.

Dr. Belder lives in Newton with her husband, their two children, and their dog Nico. She is fluent in English, French, and Russian. Her practice is open for pediatric patients of all ages.
