What to do before you arrive
If your child has received any vaccines outside of the state of Massachusetts, please contact the clinic prior to your appointment or bring a printed copy of their immunization records.
What to bring to an appointment
- Immunization records
- Anyone under the age of 18 who is scheduled to receive an immunization with the clinic must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Before visiting the Vaccine Clinic or departing for travel, we highly recommend you visit the Center for Disease Control and Prevention's website, as it has the most updated CDC recommended routine immunizations.
