Lily graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with her degree in Nursing. She then worked at Boston Children's Hospital as a registered nurse on the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit for 3 years. She returned to the University of Pennsylvania for her Masters degree where she was named as a Leonard A. Lauder Community Care Fellow. She returned to Massachusetts to establish her career as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
