Dr. Lewkowitz received her Doctorate of Audiology degree from the University of Florida following completion of a four year residential program and holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Florida State University. She maintains an Audiology license from the state of Massachusetts, is certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association, and holds Specialty Certifications in Pediatric Audiology and Cochlear Implants from the American Board of Audiology.
