Professional History

Amanda has a Master's of Education in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Springfield College and an Bachelor's of Science in Health Sciences while being a four year member of the Women's Basketball team. In her graduate program she worked directly with the Women's Basketball, Women's Lacrosse, and Women's Field Hockey Teams. Post grad she has gained experience working with all three collegiate divisions and across multiple sports. She is actively pursing her CMPC and is expecting to obtain the certification early 2025.

My role is to meet the athlete where they are and help guide them where they want to go. Using a holistic theory driven approach backing my work as well as my past athlete experience to help athletes navigate performance struggles that appear, add to their mental "tool bag", and support their overall well-being. I also believe in the saying "people do not care how much you know until they know how much you care". Providing the best possible care for my athlete is also a core mission in my work.
