How to refer a patient

The members of the Division of Gynecology at Boston Children's Hospital are available to answer questions.

  • If you have a question about a patient referral, call 617-355-7648 and choose option 2 to speak to one of our clinicians.
  • Choose option 1 to refer a patient or schedule an appointment for your patient.
  • Fax patient medical records to the Division of Gynecology, including medical notes and test results. Our fax number is 617-730-0186.
