Moffitt Lab Research | Overview

The Moffitt Laboratory is developing and utilizing genome-scale single-molecule imaging methods to identify and localize individual RNA molecules expressed within each cell of intact tissues. The molecular atlases created with their technologies, in turn, reveal the detailed molecular organization of a range of tissues, define and discover the cell types and states within these tissues, and reveal cellular interactions.
