The mission of the NIC is to develop a correlative imaging research plan related to the novel therapeutic interventions of the PBTC and to incorporate imaging endpoints into the PBTC research program. This includes the development of multicenter imaging research projects which seek to determine surrogate imaging markers of treatment response. Projects are identified through the mechanism of the Neuroimaging Committee of the PBTC by consensus and the Scientific Committee of the PBTC.
