Taylor completed her clinical social work internship at the UF Health Pediatric Pulmonary Center in Gainesville, FL before relocating to Rochester, MN, where she accepted a position at Mayo Clinic. At Mayo Clinic, Taylor spent 3 years as an inpatient social worker, providing care to patients in a number of areas including Neurology, Cardiology, Psychiatry, and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Taylor then spent 4 years in their Emergency Department, where she completed mental health assessments, coordinated with community supports, provided emotional support during traumatic and end-of-life events, and connected patients and families with various resources. Taylor now comes to Boston Children's Hospital to support the patients and families of the Neuroimmunology Center.
