Sou joined the Vascular Anomalies Center in 2021. She completed her bachelor's and master's of nursing degrees at Columbia University. Sou is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honors Society and was selected as a Columbia Alumni Scholar. She was awarded a Nurse Corps Scholarship after graduate school and practiced primary care for five years in underserved communities before joining the VAC team.
