Nolan manages and oversees the Teaching Kitchen at Boston Children's Hospital's programs and services. In collaboration with Boston Children’s clinical nutrition team, he helps develop menus and recipes for children with food sensitivities. Nolan is focused on providing a practical, exciting, and sustainable culinary curriculum while ensuring that all standards for safety and sanitation are met.
