Nicole has 23 years of experience working with children and families in the field of social work. She has worked in multiple settings including the MA public schools, hospital and out-patient settings. She utilizes a strength-based approach to assess and help caregivers and children meet their needs. Nicole has experience conducting individual, group and family therapies. She also has experience in crisis management /assessment.
