After graduation from Northeastern University, Natalie started her nursing career at Franciscan Children's, where she provided care for children with complex health needs related to chronic illness and/or developmental disabilities. From there, she moved to Beth Israel Deaconess, and worked as a staff RN in the Neonatal ICU, where she spent the next 26 years caring for the most vulnerable, and smallest pediatric patients. Deciding for a change of pace from inpatient to ambulatory care nursing, she joined the BCH community, and is helping launch the new Skeletal Health Center, along with a multidisciplinary team of providers.
