Matt brings over a decade of dedicated experience working with children and families to his role at BCH. Over the past five years, he has honed his clinical expertise in assessing and treating acute mental health disorders, drawing on extensive hands-on practice. His deep engagement with the school environment has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of youth needs within community settings.
Further strengthening his professional foundation, Matt pursued advanced training at the Massachusetts Institute for Psychoanalysis. He possesses specialized certificates in DBT Skills for Adolescents and Neuroscience & Social Work, and holds the Certified School Social Work Specialist credential from the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
Matt has successfully supported clients aged 5–18, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns—from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders and behavioral challenges. His compassionate, evidence-based approach combines clinical rigor with sensitivity to the unique developmental and systemic contexts of his young clients.
