Professional History
Kathryn graduated from Tufts University in 2000 with a degree in Child Development. She then pursued a Masters in Nursing from Boston College. She was certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board in 2003 as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She spent time as an Registered Nurse at Boston Children's Hospital before joining Westwood Mansfield Pediatrics in 2007 as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
Approach to Care
A lifelong love for children led me to pursue a degree in child development followed by pediatric nursing. Primary care pediatrics allows me to use my child development background and integrate it into the care of children. I love to teach and provide support to families of all different shapes and sizes. The ultimate reward is watching my patients grow into happy and healthy young adults.
