After completing an MA and PhD in Classics and Classical Archaeology at Brown where she focused on questions of ancient medical care, Dr. Marino turned her attention to the practice of medicine in the modern world. She completed medical school at the University of Massachusetts and went on to a residency at UMass in OB/Gyn where she quickly realized that the babies were the best part of the job. She then transitioned into the Pediatrics Residency at UMass which she completed in 2018. She practiced as a Pediatrician in Worcester for three years before moving to Child Health Associates in Auburn.
