Heather Bastardi, RN, MSN, PNP joined the Heart Failure/Heart Transplant Team in 1997.  She earned a BSN from Georgetown University and MSN from University of Pennsylvania.   She is certified as a pediatric nurse practitioner. She has over 20 years of experience working with the acute and chronic pediatric population.
