After graduating from medical school in Maine and residency in New York, Dr Swilling returned to her home state of Massachusetts. She cared for patients for nine years at Pediatric Health Care Associates in their Peabody and Lynn offices. Moving a bit west she took a staff position at a community health center for two years before returning to PHCA once again. She loves helping others care for their physical and mental well-being by managing a healthy weight, sleep, diet and mood.
