I practice through a trauma-informed lens utilizing a strengths-based, person-centered approach. Childhood can be difficult to navigate and my goal is to support youth through this process. I implement various modalities in my work with an emphasis on creativity. I aim to be an approachable, flexible and calm presence, focused on finding solutions to challenges by utilizing strengths and values.
