Dr. Rueger completed her undergraduate degree in Chemistry, with a minor in Spanish, at Drew University in Madison, NJ. She completed a post baccalaureate program at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) in Erie, PA where she then went on to earn her medical degree. She completed her pediatric training in Valhalla, NY at Westchester Medical Center. She then moved back to Massachusetts and joined Wareham Pediatrics in 2024.
