Cara began her career as a neonatal intensive care nurse after graduating with her BSN from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2017. She worked there for almost five years when she decided she would go back to school. She spent the next two and a half years as a pediatric emergency department nurse. She graduated with her MSN in 2023 from Regis College and is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Cara has completed breastfeeding training and is considered a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, with the goal to obtain her IBCLC (Lactation Consultant) this spring. Cara sees patients in the Westfield office.
