Our patients love the convenience of our MyChart Patient Portal! MyChart enables you to view age-dependent aspects of your child’s medical record via a web page or a mobile app, including notes from previous medical visits, their immunization history, growth charts, and “problem” lists. You are also able to download physical forms for school, camps, and sports. Additionally, you can save yourself a phone call by sending our nurses and providers a private message through MyChart. You will soon be able to access your child’s lab results through MyChart.
To activate your MyChart account simply call our office at (781) 326-7700 and press option 3. Once the staff has verified all your information you will then be active and provided the needed information to log in. It’s that simple!
To access it from your phone, download the MyChart mobile app from your application center. Open the MyChart app, select your country and state, and pick “PPOC” (see logo bottom right) from the listed organizations. Then, log in!
