Patient & Family Experience Outcome Measurement: the Pediatric Integrated Care Survey

Pediatric Integrated Care Survey (PICS): A family reported survey instrument that measures family experiences of care integration. It is used to inform quality improvement and interventions to improve integration. Tools are available in Spanish as well. Please contact the NCCCTA for a copy of the tools in Spanish and for more information about the instrument.
