Philosophy of Care

I love being a counselor to children, adolescents, and their families. It is a privilege and honor that I hold dear. I believe that counseling should be collaborative, and while I tailor interventions to each client, I follow a short term, a strengths-based approach rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and trauma-informed care. The ability to provide this care integrated with my client's primary care practice is unique in my field. I can honestly say that I have my dream job!
