Philosophy of Care

My philosophy is to listen very carefully to my clients, maintaining presence and empathy. I am trained in cognitive behavioral coaching which includes immunity to change theory, diagnosing and identifying resistance to behavioral change. My role is to ask powerful questions that shift a clients understanding of the situation, asking the client to learn to articulate, feel and know next steps.
