I believe in establishing a relationship with patients and families based on trust and good communication. I will be accessible and an advocate for my patients every step of the way. A strong interest in anatomy and physiology as well as enjoyment in caring for others is what initially led me to pursue a career in medicine. As a physician, I also find reward in the ability to discover new knowledge and therapies through research as well as teach future pediatric cardiologists. Ultimately, it is the relationships I make with patients and families and the potential to make a difference in their lives the most fulfilling.
