Robert Vincent | Professional History

Robert Vincent is a pediatric cardiologist and Professor of Pediatrics at New York Medical College and Emeritus Professor of Pediatrics, Emory University School of Medicine. He has over 35 years experience as a pediatric cardiologist in general cardiology, echocardiography, cardiac intensive care, heart transplantation and catheter intervention. He sees all pediatric and young adult patients with congenital or acquired heart disease for evaluation and follow-up care.

Dr. Vincent is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (ACC) and has served on the ACC Board of Governors and the Adult Congenital and Pediatric Cardiology Council. He has been awarded the Master Interventionalist designation by the Society of Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (SCAI) and is a past member of their Board of Trustees.

He is an advocate for cardiology in general and pediatrics in particular. He is a strong supporter of data driven decision making and quality improvement initiatives.
