Professional History

Dr. Salloum earned his medical degree from the American University of Beirut. He completed a combined residency training in internal medicine and pediatrics at Wayne State University/Children’s Hospital of Michigan. He did his fellowship training in pediatric hematology/oncology and pediatric neuro-oncology at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. He conducts research in both translational and clinical aspects of pediatric neuro-oncology with a focus on developmental therapeutics and brain tumor survivorship.
