Professional History

Lisa Velella, M.A., CCC-SLP graduated St. John’s University 92’BA, 95’MA. She worked at Blythedale Children’s Hospital for 7 years and provided speech/language/feeding evaluations and therapy. Lisa has worked at various preschools in the Bronx and Westchester. She has been trained in PROMPT therapy as well as the S.O.S. Feeding Therapy Program. Currently, she is a Clinical Educator and lecturer at New York Medical College and provides Home Based Early Intervention services.
