Professional History

I graduated from nursing school and started working at Brigham and Women's Hospital as a staff nurse on the Neuroscience Floor in 2007. I obtained my Masters in 2013 and transitioned to Boston Children's in the Department of Neurosurgery. In 2015 I became the first dedicated Nurse Practitioner for the Cerebrovascular Surgery and Interventions Center.

Approach to Care
Even as a child I knew I wanted to go into nursing. While in nursing school I started working on the neuroscience floor at Brigham and Women's and fell in love with it. After obtaining my FNP I knew I wanted to be in Neurosurgery and always wanted to pursue a career in pediatrics. I didn't realize that it would become the best decision that ever made.
