Elizabeth began her social work career working for Wediko Children's Services' Summer Program in 2009, which is a short-term residential program for youth with social and emotional challenges. Since then, she has worked in school, hospital, and private practice settings with children, adolescents, and their families.

I believe in a strength-based approach when working with children and families, as well as utilizing evidence-based practices in treating behavioral health challenges. I feel that it is important to meet children and families where they are, and empower them to face challenges head on.
