Elinor Kelliher | Professional History

Dr. Kelliher received her medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine and completed her Pediatric Residency at Baystate Medical Center. For the past 21 years, she has provided primary care for newborns, infants, children, adolescents, and young adults at Pediatric Associates of Hampden County. She has also worked as a Neonatal Hospitalist at Mercy Medical Center, Springfield Massachusetts and has served on the Board of Health in her town. She regularly conducts training sessions for various organizations on food allergy awareness and treatment of anaphylaxis in school and camp settings. She serves on the Advisory Board for Ludlow CARES Coalition and on the Child Safety Committee for the Ludlow Boys’ and Girls’ Club.

Many things have changed in Pediatrics over the past quarter of a century. It has been fascinating to see these changes unfold. I am amazed every day by the simple truth that children become adults. A particular interest of mine is helping families with complex medical and educational challenges. Ultimately, my work is to help all children become physically and emotionally healthy adults.
