Boston Children's Division of Genetics and Genomics provides outpatient services at our Boston campus on the seventh floor of the 2 Brookline Place building and at satellite locations throughout eastern Massachusetts, listed below.

International patients

For families residing outside of the United States, please contact Boston Children's Global Services. This office facilitates the medical review of patient records and appointment scheduling and also provides assistance with customs and immigration, transportation, and hotel and housing accommodations.

For clinicians

To reach a genetic counselor on call (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.), use beeper #5337 from inside Boston Children’s, phone 617-355-4688 from outside the hospital or email genetics@childrens.harvard.edu. Patients should contact 857-218-4637.
