Brigid has been the Performing Arts Consultant and an actor at the Institute since its inception.  She hires, directs and manages the artistic talent for the workshops. She also collaborates with faculty to create the improvisational scenarios.

Brigid is President of O'Connor Consulting and is a casting agent with a diverse theatrical background.  She is a founding member and co-artistic/producing director of the award-winning Threshold Theatre in Boston, MA.  Brigid has extensive experience as a stage and commercial actor and theatre administrator.  She began her career as a performer at the age of 13 with Studio Arena Theatre in Buffalo, NY.  Since that time, she has worked as a theatre professional in London, New York and Chicago where she was a company member of Trinity Square Ensemble.  Brigid has also been an educator and quality management consultant in the health care field for over 15 years.  She is currently Senior Manager, Programming for Executive and Continuing Professional Education at Harvard School of Public Health.  Brigid is a graduate of Boston College and the Eugene O'Neill National Theatre Institute.
